Royal Enfield Bush Manufacturers In Sant Kabir Nagar
Every Royal Enfield rider knows the feeling that first clunk from the rear end, the slight wobble on a sharp corner, the extra fatigue after a long highway run. Nine times out of ten, worn swingarm bushes are the cause.
Since 2009, NR Enterprises has manufactured swingarm bushes for Royal Enfield UCE engine motorcycles from our Delhi-NCR factory. As dedicated Royal Enfield Bush manufacturers in Sant Kabir Nagar, we supply service centres, mechanics, and bike enthusiasts across 500+ cities with parts built to OEM specification — at factory-direct pricing with no importer markups.
What does a swingarm bush actually do?
The swingarm bushing can be found at the joint where your bike’s rear suspension joins the frame. It dampens shocks on the road, aligns the rear wheel properly, and acts as a buffer to prevent direct metal-to-metal contact between the swingarm pivot and the frame, which would eventually wear it out. Worn-out bushes will affect the rear end right away; you’ll notice clunks when applying the brakes, vague handling, and an overall unstable feel. The process takes around half an hour.

Which models are these for?
- Classic 350 and 500 — The REB-350 set of 2 (Part No. 580038/F) fits all BS3 and BS4 Classic 350 variants. City commuters put swingarm bushes through the most stop-start stress of any riding pattern, making these the highest-turnover replacement part for Classic owners.
- Bullet 350 and 500 — Bullet riders on mixed city and highway routes notice bush wear as vague rear-end feel at speed. Fresh bushes restore the planted, confident feel the Bullet is known for on open roads.
- Electra 350 — Long-distance touring puts sustained load on the swingarm pivot. The REB-Classic is the correct specification for Electra owners covering serious distances regularly.
- Thunderbird 350 and 500 — Pillion weight accelerates bush wear on cruiser geometry. Complete kit replacement is the recommended service interval for Thunderbird riders.
